Short-Term Running Goals:
Maybe join a track club.
5 miles out in the freezing wind. Yuck.
Went to the gym because of the frigid tempurature outside. 10 minute warmup on the elliptical and 4 miles on the tm. Easy paced run but the gym was way too hot so it felt harder than it should have.
7 miles on the tm at the gym.
30 minute stairmaster and 30 minute treadmill hill intervals. I had a hard time getting on a treadmill today. This time of year at the gym is pretty dang annoying.
