Short-Term Running Goals:
Maybe join a track club.
10 inches of snow yesterday so I went to the gym. 24 minute stairmaster and 4 mile progression run on the treadmill.
6 mile treadmill run. Too cold and icy out.
8 miles. BC loop. Crazy weather, 50 degrees and sunny. Our foot of snow is almost gone.
6 miles after work. Quite a treat to run in 62 degrees this afternoon.
4 miles. Windy and warm.
11.5 after work. Marathon Sports hosted the Dana Farber Charity Runners this morning supporting their long run. Such a good cause.
